I love my school. Love my job. Literally love it. This is someone who's hated every previous school / role I've ever had and have plotted jacking it all in several times. My contract, however, ends in August. I'm due to find out if they'll keep me on this week. I so hope so. Does anyone know if I'd have to formally apply or can they just convert my contract? It's an independent school if that changes things.
