Are part time teachers required to have the same number of lesson observations as full time teachers? Does anyone know of any union guidance either way?
Thanks

They should be reduced according to number of days worked.

I do. And I got told to whistle by my slt and my union. They can do naff all with my academy.

noblegiraffe · 10/03/2018 20:35

Yeah, phlebas same with 'part timers should have fewer performance management targets'

Just trying to support a colleague. Not an academy, but difficult HT.

Oh. I didn't know this, I get the same as everyone else.

I am on .4, have been for years. I have the same amount of obs and performance targets, however, the number of students on the data target is fewer than full timers.
