Has anyone?! What’s it like ? Im currently working as a specialist SALT TA and I absolutely love it. I did a PGCE last year but due to an awful year & the realisation of the insane workload have no interest in doing my NQT year. I soo wish I’d done a speech and language degree instead but thought teaching would be more family friendly 🤣 Any SALTs about who can shed any light on what it’s like to retrain / practice ? I have a five year old and am due no.2 in July so won’t be for a good few years yet (if at all).
