I have an interview next week and the person specification says I should have "thorough knowledge of recent education developments (including thinking skills)".
Because of the 'recent developments' bit, I'm wondering if there is a specific document or piece of research they might be referring to? Any thoughts on what I should be reading up on before the interview?
The job is secondary and in Wales if that helps.
