Working in multiple schools

Does anybody have any experience in working across 2+ schools?
What are the pros and cons? What questions do I need to be asking before I commit?
TIA

Should have added in the context of a multi academy trust not supply, fixed term then working back in original school at end of fixed term, anyone?

Cons are travel. Will you be reimbursed for it? Will it cover your actual costs? Will you be paid for travel time between schools (as you should be).

Are school meetings held usually in one of the schools, so you'd have to travel for those.

How much notice will you get if you're being sent to another school on short notice? What if you don't have a car that day...?

Who will you be reporting to, ultimately... who is doing your appraisal?

Schools are all within a 3 mile radius and I drive so that's not an issue, timetable will be set at the start and will be consistent throughout the term.
Wage wise I will be negotiating but good point re appraisal. I had thought about cpd and parents evenings I need to discuss how that will work.
Thanks Smile
