Hey all
I am a health professional working in NHS but have been struggled by with a back problem for a long time. I have the opportunity to go and retrain as a FE lecturer in health at a local college. They would put me through all the necessary training etc but I want to know what the role is actually like. Is it as bad as teaching in terms of workload and pressure etc? Any thoughts very welcome 😁
