Ok so this isn't really a big deal but we currently have a young, smart and super efficient interim executive HT. I pulled her out of the hat for secret Santa. She love Ted Baker and all things glam. The budget is £5-£10, what can I get? All suggestions considered; light heart thread!

A framed photo of Michael Gove.

Yes only three Secretaries of State too late...

Boots do Ted Baker gift sets in that price range.

JoyceDivision · 25/11/2017 10:32

Look on sale section, I got dds teacher a wash bag about 14quid free p and p off ted baker site.

They have sale shop in york if near?

Boots normally do ted baker stocking fillers

noblegiraffe · 25/11/2017 10:40

Michael Gove is just timeless in education circles. You could get a mug with Justine Greening on, but that just wouldn't have the same impact.

How awkward! Our local gift shop sells lovely scented candles - would that work?

storkdelivery · 25/11/2017 10:45

John Lewis do some nice bath and body stocking fillers for around the £10 mark. Molton Brown or Espa baubles with miniatures in, for example.

Tk maxx is your friend. Candle or similar?

Heratnumber7 · 25/11/2017 10:47

A packet of chalk, for when things get really tough and the fancy whiteboards stop working.

curlscatsandkids · 25/11/2017 13:44

Don't get anything for work. No mug, pens or notebook. Don't be defined by being a HT. Or you could make everyone laugh and go for something risky!

luckylavender · 25/11/2017 17:45

Molton Brown festive baubles are £10 in John Lewis, in a box.
