Got my appraisal through from old job. It is alright, two target passed one not.
I'm on ups so would want to go up the payscale next year.
What do I do with an ok appraisal? Will my new employers want to see it from my previous year (so that I can move on next year to the next scale)?
I don't know whether to argue and get it worded better or not...
