I am on UPS 2 and thinking of going 0.8. How do I work put what my monthly take home is?

80% of your current annual salary
Then divide by 12

Then take 40% off (that's roughly how much I pay out for tax, union, student loan etc etc)

Listen to taxman is a good website, multiply your yearly wage by 0.8 and put the figures in.
