Can someone please explain me how the salary works?

Sorry for being daft but need a bit of help.
What this means “starting salary for 30 hours per week, term time only will be £10,874 per annum”
How much will it be after tax? Does term time mean I won’t be paid for the summer holidays/half term breaks? It’s a TA job.

Standard weeks per year are 43 (39 working weeks and 4 weeks paid holiday) but salary will be paid over 12 months. A standard personal tax allowance is 110L I believe, so if this is yours you won't pay any tax.
