We have our first observations of the year coming up soon and despite the fact that I have been teaching a few years now, I am already feeling nervous
There is no reason for it - my feedback has always been good, anything to work on has always been constructive. Recently been given a TLR so I can't be that bad but still I get awfully nervous!
Does anyone else suffer from.observation nerves/have any tips to help?
