Genius hour

I am running a staff meeting in a few weeks on the topic of mastery. I would like to introduce colleagues to the concept of the genius hour and wondered if anyone knew any good resources/websites that would help me with this.
I have just signed up to a webinar this evening entitled 'Getting started with Genius Hour' which I'm hoping will help!

The genius hour idea came from Google where it allows its employees (and I think that means technical employees) time to explore their passion. This sounds fine if you have a group of degree level self motivated engineers.
