Can I assume it's my usual salary divided by 39 and then by 5?

I think it is negotiated between you and your employer

Aliveinwanderland · 28/07/2017 21:22

No negotiation was had, all 10 days worked. I was given my own timetable and teaching classes so I expect my usual pay as I was doing my usual job.

You'll be paid based on your contractual agreement. Whatever that is! I'm waiting to see how much it is in next months pay packet!!

ladyvimes · 30/07/2017 12:58

You should have discussed this before you did the days. They actually don't legally have to pay you for KIT days.

DellaPorter · 07/08/2017 18:51

Under stpcd would expect normal salary /195

SkafaceClaw · 18/08/2017 08:39

Our local authority pay salary/365.

I was stunned but there was no explanation given.

Aliveinwanderland · 18/08/2017 10:53

Thanks everyone. Got the money through and got normal salary / 195.
