Will I be able to get in touch with my Union in the holidays?

I've got an issue at work where I feel that I am being discriminated against because I'm pregnant. Will all Union people be taking the holidays off? Need some advice.

No unions don't work term time only

I work for one and I am still working! The paid employees of the union (regional offices etc) are still working. The lay officers will be on holiday.

We are returning in September as (forced ) academy and my union has LOT to do this Summer!

NASUWT do! Mine did throughout the Christmas period and I was in nearly daily contact with him!

I think sometimes it depends on the commitment of your regional union rep.

I would give mine 10/10 for being readily available at a time I was at my utter lowest!
