We're thinking of leaving London in the next year and moving to East Sussex. I currently teach in an inner-city Primary school in North London. As there are so many things to consider when moving to an area when you have no insider knowledge, I was wondering if it would be possible to set up a job and house swap for a year to "try before we buy." Of course, HTs will need to be on board etc. Has anyone done this before? If so, how is it done???
