I have an interview coming up for the Head of PSHE role at a secondary school which I'll be teaching at this September. I am really excited about this, as I really love planning/teaching PSHE. I'm still a fairly new teacher and I am quite nervous about the interview - worried that I don't have enough experience! I was wondering if anyone had any top tips for interviews for TLRs, as it will be my first one.
Also, as teachers, what do you like/dislike about teaching PSHE? What could make its delivery better? In terms of curriculum, what do you think requires more or less focus?
