Where to go for advice?

Please don't shout at me. I'm not in a union.
I left when I was on maternity as money was an issue.
Are there any organisations that I can phone for advice? Nothing serious! Just a change in TLR role, much more responsibility but no extra money.

And yes, will be joining one today! But I know they don't help with anything that happens before joining.

Sorry, not sure about other organisations (except maybe ACAS?) but for the future, my union had a no fee option for during maternity leave. Just in case you're planning another!

Unfortunately, Unions won't support you with an ongoing issue if you join now. Definitely join in case of any future issues!
