Grievance procedures

I don't want to go into too much detail here but does anyone have any experience of/ advice on having a grievance procedure raised against them?

Am in bits.

Not been told what I have allegedly done just who has raised a grievance.

Immediately contact your union rep
Keep notes, dates and times of any conversations relating to it
Be a model employee from here on in

Thanks Duck

Union rep in school (soon to become SLT) or useless local one?

I will make some notes

Relations be tween me and this other (maternity leave , temporary ) colleague are formal . She doesn't like me, that I can tell. But I am utterly professional with her - to her face at least.

Students complained a bit (mild stuff really ) to me and I have not risen to it.

I shall be a veritable model of professionalism. :)
