I agree with all of these!

I'm sure as a result of Nicky Morgan's workload survey they said that no changes would be implemented without giving them plenty of time or half way through a year as well!

Me too.

It's frustrating though, that you could have asked any Primary Head about these issues two years ago, and they would have said exactly the same. Government needs to actually listen to teachers who teach, to the people who are qualified and experienced, and who are actually are expected to implement all the ridiculous, badly thought-through, rushed changes.

Absolutely-education really needs to be controlled by those with a background in sound educational theory!
