SLT interview

Any tips? Am assuming interview and tasks, might there be anything else?

It's non teaching but interested to hear any SLT/SMT experience.

I had a panel interview and a data analysis task. I wasn't observed teaching as I was an internal candidate.

There are some useful interview questions to download on TES. In my time I've had to do a presentation (topic given in advance) and a presentation (topic given with 15 minutes preparation time on the day), in-tray exercise, data tasks, school council interview, panel interview, teach a lesson and my all time favourite - you have 2 hours to go anywhere in the school to form a judgement on the standards of teaching and learning, followed by an hour with a laptop to produced a presentation of your findings. That was an interesting morning!!
