Budget for training

Just wondering what sort of training budgets people have available. How much would you expect to pay for inset training? Also if you were being sent on a course, do you have an allocated budget?

£20k, though facing reductions

Most of the cpd is done internally/skill sharing/leadership exchange with other schools though we also pay half of bigger courses like degrees, teacher training

A one day external course is usually £150-£280
