I have just been offered the post of an Early Years Co-ordinator role in an inner London school.

I will be responsible for two Reception classes, two Nurser classes and two Preschool classes.

I have been told I will receive a TLR but haven't been told which level. Has anyone any experience of this? What TLR would be reasonable to expect?

TLRs vary a lot as are individual to the school. There is no 'standard' structure - it's up to what they are prepared to pay, and then up to whoever is offered the post to agree to do it for. So, how much do you want to do it - for the challenge? for the step on a career ladder? or for the extra money ?
