We've just started using this programme at my school in the last few weeks. What are people's views if you've been using it? How do people use it? Any help is great fully received I'm at a complete loss!

Grin in the same position but then again I could be talking to my colleague 'next door'!

A new scheme should be accompanied by full staff training!

I love cpa approach.
I love high standards for all.

I hate the jumps the workbook takes with (supposedly) no further teaching input.
I hate how much reading is involved.

Agree very strongly about training being needed, especially when teaching maths for mastery - the thinking behind it is so different, it is only going to work as well as it should when you have proper training. That means at least 1 whole day, preferably followed by another day/series of twilights. Any Maths Leader/SLT who thinks they can buy a scheme and just leave everyone to get on with it is deluded.
