Hello, has anyone ever done the monart approach for teaching drawing skills?
I'm looking at improving drawing amongst our pupils, many of whom have autism and/ or moderate learning difficulties (SEN school).
I've stumbled across it and research seems very positive, not least that it also seems to impact other areas of attainment. But I can't seem to find any info on it on the UK.
I think it's more about teaching visual perception skills actually; the Phonics of drawing.
