A colleague/friend is a teacher and at work is fed up with the rudeness and seemingly uncaring attitude towards her from our school head. My friend works hard and has a lot of responsibility but the head wont respond to her emails or when asked for help or advice or permissions via emails.
Can she report the head to the governors without the head finding out? Would they be able to investigate her complaint without losing her job? I'm not a teacher so wouldn't know what she could do.
