How chaotic is your school?

New school. We only got our timetables the day before going back, and they have been changed twice since. Class lists seem to keep changing every few days. I know it takes a while for everything to be sorted, but how usual is this? I've not known anything like it before.

Ours is fast paced, but not necessarily chaotic. Timetables came out late and lots of things aren't quite working yet, but classes aren't still changing.

How late is normal for timetables? And dept budgets?
