Ok can anyone tell me about the improvement process?

Have been put on an informal improvement procedure. Two weeks in and I've been told that unless I make big improvements next week then I will be put on the formal procedure before the end of the 6 weeks. If I say I've had enough next week what will happen? When would I be expected to work until and be paid until? Does anyone know the answers to these questions or direct me to somewhere to find the answers. Any advice or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. TIA

I think you need to contact your union rep about this. I will probably be asking similar questions in the near future.
