New boss in department. 2 years. Is rubbish at communication, making decisions and keeping her second in command informed of things he needs to know.
All staff in department now backstabbing as there are is no clear leadership and we feel we are just going round in circles.
Feel like giving notice in but no other job to go to. Feeling stressed and depressed.
