PRU interview next week - advice welcome!

I'm currently a TA in a large comprehensive but have applied for a job in a nearby PRU, specialising in maths. I would really appreciate any advice / tips as I know it will be very different from my current working environment. How can I impress them and what are they likely to be looking for?

If tethersend is still around and posting, she's your woman. Lots of experience in PRUs. You could try messaging her, along with all the advice you'll get on this thread.
