I'm considering the KS1 Lit role at my overseas British Curriculum School. It is BSO accredited but does have more freedom than a UK based school.
I'd love to hear the good, bad and ugly about your literacy provision and management/co-ordination. Might help me decide whether to apply (I have imposter syndrome; didn't even consider it and then was approached by three separate people at school!)
