My first time posting in here even though I am a lurker of this board!
I am currently a 3rd year education studies student and will be doing my PGCE next year 
For my dissertation I am looking at pupil premium and what kind of impact it has, are schools allowed to disclose this information to me? I know they have to publish it on their websites but if I wanted to speak to someone further are they allowed to share with me?
Would love if I could hear back from anyone!
