What work is expected of you/do you expect to be done over the holidays? HoDs, do you expect seconds to communicate through email/meet in school over the break? I'm not talking being on call here, maybe logging on a couple of times. What if a second has failed to do something to support another member of staff by coming in and meeting them when they said they would (undirected, voluntarily)?
Trying to get some perspective on a situation I'll be faced with tomorrow and want to check I'm not being unreasonable
