When the school photos are taken, and you have a class photo taken with you in it, do you buy one every year?

I never buy it! Occasionally I get a free one but they seem to have stopped that!

No.
We take our own, less formal ones, throughout each year. I've got copies of those. They are free...well, cost of paper and printer use.

We get it for free, and usually one of ourselves too. I love it, the company retouches them and makes you look great! Smile

We get the proof copy of our form ones to keep. I have all of them from my time at my current school. Going to use the current one as inspiration to lose weight when I'm on a mat leave!

We just photocopy obtain a free one if we want one.
