I have my first appraisal on Monday and could do with some advice.

I have my first appraisal as a EYFS TA on Monday. This is my first job in a school, it's full time and I've been doing it since November.

Can anyone help suggest things that I should say for any of the following areas (I don't want to miss out anything)

• Main Achievements in last 12 months
• Skills developed in last 12 months
• Areas of difficulty
• What aspects of the role do I wish to to improve/develop
• key targets for the next 12 months

Your school should have a list of coarses, have a look and see if you want to do any - first aid, numicon, sen, dyslexia ..etc...
What are you finding difficult ... at is a strength to admit weakness ... phonics maths handwriting skills ...
What have you done well? Excelled at ... IcT ... could use this to help other staff members ..
