How does your DC think they got on? I was quite sad seeing my tutor group leaving: I was remembering them all from year 7 when they were all squeaky and cute.

OK, I think, all things considered. On track for mainly Cs probably, hoping nothing (important) goes lower. She has definitely done her best though, so there won't be any 'if only she'd worked harder' comments from me come 20th August.
It is weird, waking up this morning with no schoolwork for her to do. (Nice weird though!)

One of mine shyly rocked with a thank you card on Friday afternoon. Thrust it at me, went red and sloped off.
I emailed her to say thanks and good luck which she was much more comfortable with!
I'll miss them, taught them 5 years and been through the mill with them.
