Yr 5 / 6 Literacy scheme

Our Y 1-4 use Read Write Inc but we want to introduce a more robust scheme for our Y 5 and 6s to get them ready for Secondary School. Can anyone recommend a good scheme or advise what not to touch?

RWI follows on to Literacy and Language- One of my friends uses it at her school and is a real fan.

Don't touch catch up literacy, it doesn't work unless they're are only six months behind. I've devised an in-house scheme which includes phonics and is very personalised.
