I've got an interview for a TA position at a local secondary school next week and am starting to worry about it - mainly the Numeracy test! I'm not terrible at maths but was wondering what I could revise in preparation for that and also what kind of questions I could expect to be asked?
I already work in a school based job where I take classes teaching a specialist subject to KS2 & 3, so although I'm not a teacher I have a qualification in group work skills and through that work have developed age appropriate classroom management and preparation as well as experience of working alongside teachers.
I really want the job which is why I think I'm so worried....
Any pearls of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
