CDR and using the phone while driving - please help - need to submit my form

Need to fill out a new form for new school ( new job) and I do not know what to put in the question of any offences. I was stopped today by police for using the phone while driving. they said to wait for 6 weeks for formal decision whether it is caution/ warning etc.... what shall I put in my form now please? thank you

Can you leave it out and sign and date it with yesterday's date, just until you know and then fess up if you need to?

I'd leave it out and fess up if you needed to.

I have an ex- friend who was caught with a gram of coke, formally cautioned, and it didn't affect his getting a job as a teacher. Never mentioned.

I know that driving offences don't count. I was caught speeding and it never showed up.
