yes, absolutely I did. It was a factor in leaving teaching for me. I think of one child in particular, who I felt I was letting down on a daily basis. It was rubbish but there was literally NOTHING else I could do in the situation I was in.

I also felt really sad about some classes that were disrupted by children who were also clearly not having their needs met.

Senior Management must bear responsibility here imo, if they are not supportive or proactive it can all go so horribly wrong.

Yes, constantly. There are several very disruptive children in a primary class who aren't SEN but still need help. They are extremely disruptive and take up alot of time. They are learning nothing and the rest of the class is suffering.
