and leave at Easter. Just think - only 4 more weeks.

There are so many heart breaking stories on threads on here that I just wanted to remain everyone you have until 28th Feb to resign. It's not worth making yourself ill. Get an email to Chair of Govs by the end of tomorrow and as long as you're in a school that follows the burgundy book, they can't reject your resignation, whatever they might try to tell you.

I should not have read this.

I still won't do it though. Got a toddler to support and trying to save up to buy our own house... no choice but to carry on and try not to let it destroy me.

You can resign today to leave on 30th April. I think schools can insist that you go back after Easter as it is early this year.

So bloody tempted right now. Sad

REALLY want to do this. We can't afford to live off one income. Not stopping me daydream about it...

I know I can't take much more. I used to LOVE teaching too. Now I feel useless and rubbish. Hey ho
