I've namechanged for this and post from overseas, but it still applies.
Trying to get my pension but my old LA have wrong records. They're biffing it back and forth between the school records, the LA and and an outsourced body.
What it boils down to is the LA saying I need to supply paper evidence of payslips and P45s generated by the LA or the outsourced company to show I ever worked for the LA.
WTF?? be warned and keep the paper.
