So, I did it. Handed my notice in at the end of October and finished at Christmas. I've been taken on by a supply agency, waiting for DBS and other admin now, and have an interview with the LA supply next week.
After phoning teacher pensions, I have an 18 year pension pot, I will be able to top up if I do work if it's been placed by the LA, but not with the agency. DH has said maybe I need to start a private pension. Anyone else done this?
