maternity pay back

Just a quick one really. Due to go back to my school but have the opportunity to get another job in an academy in the same la. Will I have to repay my maternity if I do not return to the same institution?

Quite possibly. Is your current school under LA control? It will depend on what agreements are in place between the LA and the academy.

I was in your situation last year - it depends on the school's policy. I managed to negotiate an early release but you will have to speak to HR at your current school.
