Best union for LSA/TA's?

Hi,

I'm looking for some advice on unions please. I am with Unison at the moment, but apparently, in my local office, there is only one single person who I can speak to. I've not been able to speak to her yet as she never calls me back, and I've been trying for several days. So I was wondering if anyone had any other union recommendations for non teaching staff please?

I'm an NUT rep. Lots of our TAs are in ATL. GMB could help too?

Voice is a great one. I've been with them years and they are aimed at teaching profession and their support recognises this. They take a no strike stance though so it depends what you prefer.
