KS1 teachers (maybe KS2?)

What are you using for levelling this year? I assumed that levelling was going, but our school has implemented its own (I think) new system where you have to move 6 levels within a year. The criteria seem non-existant so the school have devised their own which are unworkable!

What are you all using?

We're still using PIVATS and APP grids with old NC levels although I have seen an email from Cornwall Learning today with a link to a sign up for free progression frameworks for core subjects.

we are also still using old NC levels. We're expected to give levels for Year 1 in the next few weeks, based on a curriculum we are not teaching.

Sticking with what we've always done on the basis that in a year's time someone else will have invented a system and found the flaws in it...

I'm in Sheffield and there is a city wide system that has been developed and taken up by most of our primaries and also some schools beyond. There are 8 point levels per year iirr and they've incorporated eyfs and p levels within this.

We are still using old NC levels. We're in a precarious situation though as we have a new Head who seems determined to highlight how "weak" or data is it's not so I'm pleased we're still using a familiar system because this years year sixes are a very strong cohort.

Year 2 and Year 6 have to use the old levels as that is what SATs / End of KS levels are this time. The rest of us are starting ticksheets identifying success against the new curriculum statements (but I think quite a few staff meetings will be taken unpicking what those statements actually mean and looking like in an actual child's work!). How we measure convert that to data that can measure the termly attainment and progress of cohorts remains to be decided!
Having spent years getting my head around the NC statements, levelling, tracking, accountability, etc. with everyone stressing how important that data was and how it was picked through with a fine-toothed comb, I'm feeling really uncomfortable without a replacement system! Sad, I know!

The schools round here seem to use Target Tracker-does anyone else or is that just a county-wide thing?

We're using NC levels for year 2 and 6 and we're using something from Focus Education- it's end of year expectations for each year group basically reworded from the curriculum and children are going to be emerging, expected or exceeding. We're in the process of breaking down the statements into more specific, achievable ones as they're awfully vague!
