redundancy pay - can anyone help?

teachers can you help?! Anyone know what the calculation for standard redundancy payment is? (forced not voluntary). I would have done 5yrs full time followed by 3yrs + 2 terms part time (0.6/3 days pw). Nothing definite but I have reason to believe that if I asked at school they would make me redundant, but don't want to ask before having a rough idea of £ before I ask. Don't 100% trust union rep so don't want to ask him for guidance at this stage.

(held TLR 2B for 6yrs (3yrs when full time & 3yrs when part time).

At my school (and I think this is standard) one months pay for every whole year you have served, calculated on your current salary. A bit rubbish if you're part time. VR was 25% enhancement.
