Conversion to Academy

being a bit thick with this!

Does anyone lease a car through a salary sacrifice scheme with their local council and had any issues when converting to an academy? I am assuming that once we convert, we become employees of the academy rather than the local authority and are therefore no longer eligible for whatever benefits we might have been eligible for?

Talk to your Business Manager this will be part of the TUPE agreement whether or not this will be included.
