What would a great gift be?

One of ds teachers is leaving.
They have constantly gone the extra mile and been a real inspiration.
I'd like to give the teacher a gift when they leave which is perhaps a bit more than the standard vouchers.
Teacher is moving from mainstream to acute additional needs schooling.
Any ideas of what might be useful to them and convey our gratitude without being embarassing.
Also, if vouchers are best, what sort of vouchers for a young slightly trendy teacher (I'm middle aged lol)

Put that in a card - maybe elaborate a bit, but, honestly, that's worth a lot more than a present.

The most lovely gift I've ever been given was a beautiful leather bound book, with the cover personalised to say something like "For Littlefish's stories, poems, ideas and wishes"

Everytime I write something in it I think of the family who gave it to me.
