Interview for BA primary ed

I've got an interview as a mature student in 3 weeks and I'm panicking

I've done 5 weeks work experience across 2 year groups in KS2

I've got a couple of observation sessions booked with yr 1 to observe phonics sessions -the interview is for 7-11 but I thought it would give me a broader view

I've reviewed the new national curriculum and looked up various articles in TES

But I feel really underprepared to talk about things like inclusion, balanced curriculum etc

Is there anything else I could be doing?

If you are underprepared, then you need to research.
Have you been on the TES website?
Have you read the inclusion policies from a number of different schools, to understand how they see it working in practice?
Have you talked to the teachewrs in your school about what they think a balanced curriculum is, and if and why it is importantto maintain?

I've spoken to the teachers at the school I volunteer with but they all have their own take on it from you have to get the core subjects right to its the whole child that matters so they can contribute to society

I'm struggling to access school inclusion policies, I keep getting referred to school prospectuses which are not exactly comprehensive -although I do have a copy of the inclusion policy from the school I've been doing work experience at

I just keep thinking I should know more

Well, that feeling will stay with you for the rest of your career!
It's a good attitude to have and much better than complacency.

A lot of schools have their main policies on their websites, mine does and so do the other schools in our cluster group.

I've checked school websites in my local area and there is nothing other than 'we aim to provide an inclusive setting'

Perhaps I need to look at other LEAs

They won't expect you to know details at an interview, just to understand why it's important.

Have you looked on the TES forums? There used to be a 'prospective student teachers' section where people used to discuss prep/concerns, and also what format interview days took at various institutions.
