Up until this year, I have had a very low rate of absence, one or two days a year at most. This year, however, i have been off for two weeks following an operation, and will be having a second operation, off for. A week prob. It is just unfortunate timing. I do not have ongoing health issues or anything. More unfortunately though, I am looking for a new job. Would 3 weeks off in an academic year put you off employing me?
